The company is looking to recruit a customer service representative with an excellent telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer queries by telephone, letter and email
  • Case management
  • Ensuring high quality standards are maintained
  • General admin duties
  • Ensuring the working environment is clean and tidy

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines within a high pressure environment
  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to industry standards
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Ability to multitask
