Job Title: Client Services Executive

The company is looking to recruit a customer service representative with an excellent telephone manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer queries by telephone, letter and email
- Case management
- Ensuring high quality standards are maintained
- General admin duties
- Ensuring the working environment is clean and tidy
Key Requirements:
- Ability to work to tight deadlines within a high pressure environment
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to industry standards
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Ability to multitask
