The role:
You will be taking inbound calls from customers with a wide range of queries regarding their banking and savings. You should have excellent rapport building skills along with outstanding communication skills.
Applicants must be confident and enthusiastic. You must be empathetic whilst using effective questioning techniques in order to gain an understanding of customers' needs and lifestyle. By engaging in conversation you will use your influencing skills and first class product knowledge to provide a suitable tailored solution for customers.

So to sum up. We are looking for:
* Confident people with great communication skills.
* Customer service experience.
* The ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
* Applicants who are flexible to work shifts 5 days over 7, hours allocated between 8am to 8pm and 6am to 10pm.

Hourly rate/ salary in the region of £15 000.
