Office Administrator

Due to expansion, an experienced and highly professional Office Administrator is required for this busy private clinic based in London Bridge. This is a very varied role consisting of providing administrative support to their clinical and admin teams and provides an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be a professional and committed individual with relevant experience working in an administrative role, ideally within a private clinic/hospital; however they would consider applications from those with experience within the corporate/professional services industry. Ideally they will have an understanding of the fertility industry and knowledge of the relevant medical terminology.

They will be required to provide administrative support to both the Administration and Nursing teams as well as assisting with patient coordination.

Essential requirements:

- Experience working in an administrative role
- Background within the private medical/corporate/professional services sector(s).
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Sympathetic, approachable and immaculately presented.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
- Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- English and Maths GCSE (minimum grade C) equivalent.

Desirable:

- Understanding of the fertility industry.
- Knowledge of HFEA legislation.
- Finance experience
- Experience of sales or marketing

Please note that they are regulated by the HFEA and CQC and therefore all staff are required to have an enhanced CRB check, the cost of which will be met by the Company.

This is a full-time position (40hrs per week). Occasional travel to other clinic locations within the UK will be required on an as and when required basis. A salary of £20,000 per annum is available for the successful candidate.
