Person Specification - KS2 Primary Teacher / Leader, South West London
For this role you must be a responsible and amiable KS2 Primary Teacher who has 2 years' teaching experience and is able to keep abreast of any relevant curriculum developments. The school wants teachers who are ready to take on more responsibilities as a Key Stage 2 Primary Coordinator and can find their feet quickly in new situations, using their flexibility and adaptability to integrate quickly with the current staff.
About the Role - Year 3 Primary Teacher / KS2 Primary Leader
As a Primary Coordinator / Year 3 Teacher you will be leading a 27-strong class of curious Year 3 students. As a KS2 Primary Leader your duties will stretch beyond that of a class teacher. You will be expected to liaise with school governors and parents on an ongoing basis taking their ideas and suggestions on board.
