Recruitment Consultant – Engineering and Technical

As part of our ongoing growth, and fuelled by some significant new client wins recently, we are looking to grow out Engineering and Technical Division in theMidlands.

We are looking for individuals to fulfil an all round recruitment role. You will be doing business development, account management, sourcing, interviewing, retainer solutions, search and selection assignments, contract recruitment and progressing toward team leader and management if you wish.

With an excellent set of facilities and a national remit we are looking for individuals at three levels:

Senior Recruitment Consultant: You will come from a technical and engineering background, and have a proven track record in developing and growing such a desk.

Recruitment Consultant: You will have a background in recruitment, although you may not have worked in a technical setting previously. You may wish to step up from resourcing to a fuller role.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant: You will come from a professional and complex sales background, and have am interest in getting into recruitment.
