Arguably, we have the best training program out there. Start out as a trainee recruitment consultant with a 3 month in-house training program. Your trainer has years' of experience and his only job is to support you in achieving your goals and becoming the best at what you do!

On completion of your training, not only will you be an expert in your field, you will be armed with a portfolio of applicants and customers to go out there and make your mark and start making some happiness (I mean money)... If career progression is important, we map this out for you on day one.

We are a business that is wholly focused on quality over quantity. We don't do KPI's. We essentially arm you to run your own business and support you to achieve what you want out of the role!

You will need to be goal orientated - Want to be debt free? Want to take your partner on holiday? Want to buy a new car? Deposit for a house? Do you like to eat good food or buy nice clothes? Want to be the best at what you do? - Aim to beat our top biller who made £270K last year (he pays for the beers BTW).....

You will need to have had excelled in a sales environment. Ideally B2B sales (min 6-12 months experience). I suspect you might be working your butt off, winning business but getting paid pennies with no real career progression?

You will consider this a career, not a job...
