Head of FP&A big 4 background, ACA

Leading Fibre Telecoms Infrastructure provider based in central London has a requirement for a new Head of Financial Planning and Analysis. The company IPO'd last year and has just forged some exciting new partnerships with the likes of Sky and TalkTalk.

In the role the Head of FP&A will have responsibility for business planning, presentation of information to investors, supporting the development of company strategy, and optimising shareholder returns through development of the capital structure.

The key responsibilities are

*Development of best in class Corporate financial planning and modelling
*Delivery of strategic financial plans, strategic options, recommendations and scenario modelling to support our business plan and capital investment
*Management of external analysts and advisors
*Development of optimal capital structuring and supporting discussions with external capital providers
*Financial appraisals of a range of business opportunities
*Support and advice to Management in structuring investments and commercial activities
*Presentations to Senior Management and Board in support of strategic plans and investment decisions

Required Skills and Background

*Strong technical understanding - including accounting and capital structuring.
*ACA qualified with a professional services background
*Able to present information clearly & concisely, to an institutional level of presentation
*Strong commercial judgement and a critical eye
*Strong analytical and drill-down skills
*Rigorous approach to quality
*Self starter, takes ownership and drives results
*Able to communicate with staff at all levels, including external advisors
*Strong written and presentational skills
*Strong attention to detail, able to deliver work with very high degree of integrity
*Highly organised and structured in delivery of work - able to drive plans internally and externally
*Experience in the Telecoms would be advantageous
