Support Workers / Bank Staff

Support Workers - Bank Staff - GBP6.50 to GBP10.00 per hour

The successful applicant will be supporting a young adult and promoting independent living skills; this role does not involve personal care.
Previous experience working with young people is desirable and a minimum of NVQ level 2 health and social care or equivalent is required. We are looking for staff that are enthusiastic, reliable, with a willingness to learn and a commitment to providing the highest possible standards of care to young people.
The skills that we require are:

• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Flexible approach to work and the ability to manage, prioritise and work to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including report writing
• Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
• Excellent attendance and time keeping record
• The ability to develop good and effective relationships with staff and service users
