Smart Solutions Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Sales & Customer Service Consultant to engage with employers interested in accessing the national growth programme to get people back into work. The client are one of Wales' leading training providers and the vacancy based in Cardiff will involve telephone work and generating new leads for the organisation. The salary banding is between £18,000 - £22,000 per annum and our client is looking for applicants who are available to start immediately.

Core responsibilities of this role include:
  • Generating new business leads and following up enquiries
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with all key stakeholder'
  • Achieving targets in line with key performance indicators
  • Visiting employers to conduct mediation meetings in relation to work related concerns
  • Conducting health & safety checks at employer sites, ensuring the workplace is a suitable environment for candidates

Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in business relationship management, customer service and sales
  • A positive, resilient and tenacious attitude
  • Excellent communication, networking skills
