Trust Housing Association Ltd has exciting opportunities for a Mobile Supported Housing Coordinator to join their team on a 12 month temporary contract.

Trust Housing Association is a national housing, support and care provider, offering a range of accommodation and support services.  Primarily serving older people in our communities we also provide housing for families and individuals. We have over 2,500 households across the length and breadth of Scotland, from the Highlands and Islands all the way down to the Borders.

As one of our Mobile Supported Housing Coordinators you will be required to work 35 hours per week which may include evenings, weekends and sleepovers throughout all our developments in Scotland. As the post requires regular travel throughout Scotland you will receive a car allowance and appropriate expenses.

The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience working in housing services with vulnerable people, be able to demonstrate a clear empathy with tenants as well as being able to exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  On a personal level, candidates should be well organised and approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.  A professional qualification (SVQ level 3 or equivalent) is highly desirable.
