Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for talented individuals to join our clients Financial Services team. You will work with the Relationship Management team, from their head office at Whiteley, generating a wide range of financial planning opportunities relating to a range of products that include wealth planning, mortgages, general insurance, equity release, pensions etc.

For the right candidates our client will offer a Trainee Mortgage Adviser program which will see you start in the Relationship Management team with a view to you being qualified as a Mortgage Adviser within 12 months.

This role is primarily business to consumer (B2C) and they are looking for target driven individuals with a passion for sales, who are unafraid of talking to people. You should be eager to develop and grow your territory of prospects, and have a desire to convert them into customers.

You will be working for our client who are a top firm within Intrinsic Financial Services with a proven business model over the last 20 years of trading.

What Our client Looks For

The candidate will ideally have experience of telephone sales within this industry or similar (pensions, investments, mortgages, protection, general insurance etc), however other sales background will be considered.

You will have experience of working in a Business to Consumer (B2C) environment with exceptional telephone skills. You will be a highly tenacious and resilient individual with the ability to communicate at all levels, work well within a team and have the ambition to work towards targets and deadlines.

You will be required to work from our clients head office in Whiteley, Fareham and be able to work 11AM to 8PM Monday to Thursday and 10AM to 7PM Fridays.
