Head of Quality, Head of Group Quality, Quality Management

Head of Quality, Head of Group Quality, Quality Management, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 17025, currently required by my well respected Medical Diagnostics and Connected Health Solutions organisation near to Oxford, Swindon, Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

I am ideally looking for a Head of Quality, Head of Group Quality, who will hold a key managerial position within the business. The Head of Group Quality, acting as the management representative will direct the activities of the QA department to ensure the divisions activities are compliant with all quality and regulatory standards. You will provide quality leadership to a number of sites across the business, contribute to the overall strategy and performance objectives of the sites, to create a commercially aware pro-activity Quality Culture within the company and the necessary processes which drives continuous improvements. You will be monitoring and reporting on departmental performance against objectives and corporate requirements, to maintain and improve the sites quality management systems for manufacturing and laboratory testing environments with certification to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 17025, in line with global standards.

Key Skills, Education and Certifications required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior role in Quality within the Medical Device sector.

• Certification as a Quality Auditor for ISO 9001, IS0 13485, & Ideally in ISO 17025, would be a distinct advantage.

• Pro-active attitude, excellent organisation skills,and ability to manage multiple projects and teams while delivering results on time.

• Proficient in office based products like Microsoft Office.

• Experience in developing and deploying quality assurance best practices, policies, procedures and processes.

• Knowledge of relevant worldwide regulations eg, PAL, QSR etc

• Competency in conducting technical review of all documentation and files related to product conformity requirements.

• Must have a full clean driving license & the ability to travel.

My client are a well respected world leading provider of Medical Diagnostics and connected Health Solutions so previous experience of Head of Quality, Quality Management, Head of Group Quality, ISO 9001, 1SO 13484, ISO 17025, within a Medical/Scientific/Healthcare organisation would be ideal.

In return for the skill set of Head of Quality, Head of Group Quality, Quality Management, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IS0 17025, near to Oxford, Swindon, Abingdon, Oxfordshire based, my client are looking to pay a very competitive base salary of between (GBP50,000 - GBP55,000) depending on experience, as well as an extensive benefits package including private medical care and pension.
