Accountant (Practice)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accountant with a background in Accountancy Practice, to join this small, but growing firm of Chartered Accountants in Cardiff.

The firm's clients are wide ranging, across a spectrum of industries and sectors, with a focus working with SME's, OMBs and limited companies, based mainly across South Wales. The firm also has a proportion of smaller sole traders and partnerships and with partner expertise in personal tax, the firm has a strong portfolio of high net worth individuals on the tax side also.

You will be responsible for working with all clients, preparing accounts, tax and other general practice responsibilities and supervising some work of more junior members of the team. You will also work with clients preparing management accounts and reports throughout the year and look to develop relationships and manage your clients with increasing responsibility.

You will be a Qualified (ACA or ACCA), Part Qualified or QBE Accountant. You will have a recent career background within the accountancy practice sector, working for a small, medium or large independent firm of accountants, with experience of preparing final accounts.
