: Job Details Heath & Social Care Apprenticeship SALARY: GBP120- GBP150 per week HOURS: 36 hours per week (inclusive of one day a week at college) WORKING PATTERN: Full time Contract Length: 12 months In order to apply for this programme you should:
- Be a resident of the Borough of Enfield
- Be aged 16-24
- Currently not be in education or employment or training
- Be willing and able to study at NVQ Level 2
- Ideally have achieved GCSE grades A* - D or equivalent in Maths and English (alternatively you must pass an assessment)
- Be motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated to achieving results and high standards
- Not have a degree level qualification
- Up to 12 months paid employment (subject to satisfactory and continuous performance.)
- 24 days annual leave per annum
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care

- Carrying out duties which encourage service users independence
- Protect the rights and promote the interests of service users and carers.

- Provide support for Service users activities
- Respect the rights of service users while seeking to ensure that their behaviour does not harm themselves or other people.
