Technical Support Analyst

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

1st line technical support, customer service, call logging system, ITIL, excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Our client is urgently seeking a technical support analyst for a 12 months fixed term contract starting May 2015. Ideally we are looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills who has previous experience working within a technical environment. You will be required to provide the support within the customer service team and ensure all products and services are delivered and managed to a high degree. Ideally you will have an ITIL qualification, however this is not vital. Excellent problem solving skills
Call logging system experience
Hardware & software troubleshooting skills
