A Southampton based IT Solutions provider require a skilled .Net/Web Developer with strong .Net/C# skills. The role requires development of both new and existing applications so your technical experience will include ASP/ASP.NET, HTML, CSS and SQL Server.

The company is a successful Software Solutions/Business Intelligence provider with offices across the UK and a busy pipeline of new project work. The business promotes progression, a friendly working environment and work to Aglie/Prince2 methods.

Core responsibilities:

-To develop new software and modify existing software based upon technical specifications using C#, ASP.NET, VB, HTML and CSS.
-To develop existing customer applications - ASP/ASP.NET
-To review Technical Specifications and provide accurate and comprehensive estimates.
-To run unit tests to ensure developed software has the minimum of defects.
-To locate and fix reported defects as required.
-To work within an established team of developers working to estimates and within previously agreed timescales
-Work to the companies Prince2/Agile framework
-To work as part of an on-call rota when required.

Required experience:

Candidates must demonstrate experience of;

- ASP.NET/Classic ASP
- C#/VB.NET
- SQL Server
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Prince2/Agile experience (preferred)
