Our client is a global market leading in an exciting and specialist niche. Due to continued growth they are looking to add 3 Internal Sales Executives to their top-performing and dynamic team in Maidenhead.

Salary range is between GBP25-30k base salary + commission for a Year 1 GBP35k OTE and defined career progression.

They are looking to recruit 1 Dutch speaking Sales professional to work the Dutch market-place, as well as business-to-business level Dutch the successful canddiate will need a similiar level of English, they are also looking for 1 German speaking professional to the same standard for Germany and the DACH region, finally they are looking for a professional for the Nordic region which could be either Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian to cover the Nordic region.

Between the three roles there is a contrast in opportunities and therefore if you have the drive, commercial acumen and a experience in succeding in Sales please read on.

The ideal candidate will be educated to gradate calibre, 2 years sales experience and have an interest or some exposure working within the technology sector. Also due to the location the position would suit a car/owner driver for accessibility, although the client is based 10-15 minutes walk from Maidenhead train station.

Our client will also be interested in rising stars so maybe less experience but exceeding targets and the capability of stepping up to the next level, also happy to speak with experienced sales professionals from different sectors looking to make the change.

These opportunities offer a variety of challenges including,

Lead generation, appointment setting and general pipeline generation.
Account mapping, intelligent questionning and understanding how to qualify a prospect.
Credibile and effective communication with C level contacts.
Account management and how to maximise both revenue streams and networking within an organisation.
Closing deals, tranactional sales and being revenue targetted.
Understanding/experience of working through the channel within IT Sales
Understanding and delivering a consultative approach.
Attending trade shows and exhibitions supporting the Marketing division.
