Our client is a marketing focused, results oriented social enterprise. They develop efficient, effective and sustainable family planning programmes in the UK and overseas. The UK division provides services to men and women over 130,000 times a year.

They are currently seeking a results-driven, commercially-focused individual to join their senior operations team as Regional Senior Operations Manager, covering several centres across their London and South East Region.

This exceptional opportunity will require the post-holder to assume responsibility for implementing, demonstrating and maintaining operational excellence across the region, line managing and working closely with Operations Managers to maximise surplus, maintain exceptional levels of client care and satisfaction and ensure that the centres are highly productive and efficient, whilst demonstrating full compliance to regulatory, organisational and professional body requirements.

Key responsibilities within the role remit will include:

  • operational responsibility for the region, including optimising client numbers
  • people management
  • multi-site resource management
  • risk management

This challenging, varied role, which offers a significant amount of autonomy and requires regular travel across South East England, would ideally suit individuals with a healthcare, commercial or service sector management background who have previous, proven experience working within multi-site or multi-departmental operational management roles.  Exceptional communication, leadership and change/performance management skills are essential, as is demonstrable commercial and financial awareness and previous experience working with financial and/or operational KPI’s.

Clinical experience, or a background in healthcare would also be distinctly advantageous, though is not essential.

Applicants must also be pro-choice on abortion and have a full UK driving license in order to be considered for this role.

A competitive annual salary (up to £44k p.a., negotiable, D.O.E.) and excellent benefits await the successful candidate, as do excellent career progression opportunities and on-going personal and professional development.
