UI Web Developer (UX)

Reed Professional Services are currently seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Web Developer to join a successful and dynamic in house development team on behalf of our client based in Raynes Park. They are looking for someone to join an agile development team working on a 'green field' application following a very successful first phase release. Given the success to date and interest from large clients and the business itself, the development team is increasing in size.

Reporting to the head of Technical Architecture, you will focus on bridging the gap between design and functionality with the latest web technologies. You will be naturally creative with a passion for design and usability and the ability to code to W3C standard. You will possess a strong understanding of accessibility standards and cross-browser challenges as well as a good working knowledge of HTTP, caching, compression and other browser performance tweaks. Good communication skills are essential as the role will require constant contact with a variety of teams and ensuring criteria is met both on the business and technical side.

In order to be considered for this role you MUST have experience with the following:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX & JQuery
- AngularJS, Backbone, Object Orientated Javascript, Bootstrap, SAAS
- Cross browser development
- Designing and developing UIs for complex web applications and/or software
- Improving and upgrading systems with dynamic, client-side functionality
- Producing Clean, maintainable code
- Experience in- Competitor analysis, user analysis, wire framing, prototyping, usability testing and information architecture
