Infrastructure Analyst/Engineer - 3rd Line Support
A leading organisation requires a 3rd Line Infrastructure Analyst to join their team to help support datacentre technologies within a range of significant projects.
The 3rd Line Infrastructure Analyst will be passionate about technology, a quick learner and will ideally have significant exposure to a wide range of technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory & Lync 2013.
The 3rd Line Infrastructure Analyst will have the following skills:
- Experience of working in a structured service delivery framework
- Windows Server 7/8/2008/2012
- Strong Active Directory and Group Policy management
- VMWare, vSphere and/or Hyper-V
- Quest Migration toolset
- Strong systems analysis, documentation and troubleshooting experience
- Good understanding of networking topologies
- Good interpersonal, team working and customer facing skills
- Planning, prioritising and technical design capability
Desirable Skills:
- Citrix XenApp/XenServer
- Lync 20013
- Exchange 2010/2013
- Microsoft systems centre configuration manager
- VMWare View
- Symantec Enterprise Vault
- MobileIron
As a 3rd Line Infrastructure Analyst your main responsibilities will involve:
- Working as part of a 3rd line team to provide day to day infrastructure support
- Assistance in the delivery of critical infrastructure services
- Working on key infrastructure projects
- Providing out of hours support on a rotational basis
- Operating the Service Delivery Toolset, in line with operating procedures
- Assist with the deployment and analysis of new technologies and enhancements to existing systems
