IT Governance Manager - ITIL/6 Sigma

Global commodities and logistics company based in Maidenhead, Berkshire requires experienced IT Governance Manager with a track record in process and continuous service improvement.

Essential skills:
ITIL certified (foundation basic requirement); Six Sigma certification (Green belt minimum);
Experience working in complex (ideally global) technology organisations;
Demonstrable track record of working within IT Governance, with experience working in roles such as Process Improvement Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager or Process Excellence Manager.

My client is a global logistics and commodities conglomerate, and after a period of under investment within service delivery and process improvement, it is now in the early stages of creating a world leading Capability Management organisation. The successful candidate will report into the Head of Process Governance and take ownership of all daily operations within the function.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Perform ITIL maturity assessment on all existing core processes
• Identify process improvement actions to drive process maturity improvements
• Anchor new processes introduced into the organisation
• Review key process changes through change governance
• Implementing the organisation's IT policies and procedures
• Carrying out reporting and documentation to company standard
