You will

• Own, manage and lead the Business Change and readiness work stream for our Customer Care and Billing Project to ensure the business is ready, willing and able to accept this particular change.
• Provide governance and quality assurance on all business change readiness deliverable, ensuring they are fit for purpose and add value to the Project
• Coaching the Business Change work stream in the use of the framework, tools and templates to develop their capabilities
• Select the right level of Business Change resource in order to achieve timely and effective delivery of change.
• Demonstrate and apply deep subject matter expertise of business change in large, complex programmes, including a strong understanding of communication, organisation design and training best practices.
• Demonstrate an understanding of end-to-end technology-led change initiatives, ideally in an Oracle environment, and how they are applied to deliver best-practice business change interventions
