Group HR Manager

An experienced Group HR Manager is sought to join this professional fundraising organisation based in Dunfermline, Fife.

The organisation is an international group of companies working to provide their clients with an all-encompassing selection of fundraising solutions. They have successfully worked in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, India and Brazil (to name a few!), partnering with charities including UNICEF, WWF and Oxfam.

They are now seeking a Group HR Manager, to report to the Group Finance Director. You will lead and direct the Human Resources team, in order to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.

Title: Group HR Manager
Location: Dunfermline, Fife
Salary: £35k - £40k per annum
Benefits: Health care

The Group HR Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Managing employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinary matters, grievances and sickness
- Managing and operating various Payrolls
- Managing Pension and Auto-Enrolment
- Performance management
- Recruitment and retention
- Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law
- Managing HR budgets

The ideal Group HR Manager will possess the following:
- Substantial experience in a Human Resources Manager role
- A CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
- The ability to deal with senior and sometimes challenging individuals
- Demonstrable experience in managing TUPE, redundancy or other relevant HR projects
- A professional and commercial approach to HR with the ability to deliver high levels of employee satisfaction
- A strong understanding of employment law

As a Group HR Manager you will need to have the ability to represent the Human Resource function as part of the bigger business picture.
