Recruitment Consultant - Finance & Banking

eRecruit Solutions is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their established sales team. We are looking for a candidate with strong experience of working within the financial recruitment market, including investment banking, wealth management and financial services. The role will include placing candidates within high level companies worldwide, and provides excellent earning potential.

Working as a Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full support from an in-house Client Services team, as well as continuous training and development. We're looking for an exceptional candidate with an even more exceptional attitude, to join and grow with our business. We have recently taken on a new client, based in the UAE, who is looking to place 2,500 candidates over the next year. This provides an opportunity for the right individual to really hit the ground running in our business, and of course earn great commissions to boot.

We like to do things a little differently, and we'd love for you to join us! We work in a fun environment (our office has an Xbox and a pool table), whilst working hard to exceed sales targets to earn great commission.

Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Bristol
Salary: up to £30k basic plus commission (uncapped). OTE £50k - £80k+ (year one), commissions up to 35%

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and contacting senior level decision makers, selling the company's recruitment services, including traditional recruitment methods and our flat-fee brand
- Providing a consultative sales approach
- Sourcing candidates using recruitment software and online databases, with the help of an in house REC qualified team
- Managing your own workload using a CRM system
- Working to both sales and call targets
- Attending face-to-face meetings and events
- Closing high-value deals

The ideal Recruitment Consultant will possess:
- Previous success in a Recruitment sales role within the finance and banking industries
- Experience of working to call and sales targets
- A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent punctuality
- A dedicated, focused approach to work
