Description: About the role Support of the Global Sales Team to drive net revenue, market share, best practice, and consistent reporting in all categories across the global customer portfolio. Key priorities will be to analyse sales and shopper data in order to provide insight for Global Shopper and Customer Teams. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for developing on-going reporting and external tracking of business results across the global customer portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Consistent and timely reporting of Global Customer Results for local markets and well as senior management
- Tracking and monitoring of JBP progress across all Tesco markets
- Support all Global Director and Customer Markets during annual planning process
- Support commercial activities via analysis and insights of other global customers
- Manage and coordinate Customer and internal performance trackers
- Analytical support of the Vision Store Team
- Working with Global Shopper Marketing to develop correct Channel and Category prioritization
- Using Shopper insights to help refresh category growth stories annually
- Price file maintenance and management
- Ongoing administrative support including preparation for T2T meetings and Workshops.
- To develop a strong working knowledge of ICE, DHBY, and Nielsen for future development opportunities
- Commercial experience, preferably within FMCG industry
- Action-orientated, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Highly numerate and analytical, including strong computer literacy skills (Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and Sales systems software experience)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident interaction at all levels within the Reckitt organizations
- Good team player with strong influence and negotiation expertise.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills. Must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
