As an Associate Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and qualifying talented people that meet our client's needs as well as identifying and developing clients in a focused industry segment. Furthermore you will lead the growth of your practice area within the supportive framework of Partner Financial.

You will be accountable for building successful relationships with both business professionals and company executives through substantial phone and face to face contact, whilst recruiting candidates and researching companies.

As a senior member of the team, you will have responsibility for building a P&L to enhance enterprise value in the business as a whole, initially delivering for your client companies, searching and completing critical positions on their behalf and converting that client into a long-term key account through your integrity, performance and communication. Medium term, developing a team around you.
