Our client are looking for a 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer / Technical Support Engineer to join their team in Leeds. The successful 1st / 2nd line Technical Support Engineer will possess solid skills and experience within a similar role and will have experience with as many of the below technologies as possible (not all essential):

Technical Requirements:

  • Technical Support experience with Windows Server 2003/2008/2012
  • Virtualisation - vmware / hyper-v / citrix
  • Exchange 2007/2010/2013
  • Active Directory
  • Windows XP/7/8 Desktop
  • Back up technologies
  • Understanding of networking / firewall / anti-virus concepts would be beneficial
