1st Line Support - Windows/Desktop - GBP21, month Fixed Term Contract
WINDOWS - SUPPORT - SERVICE DESK - DESKTOP - Active Directory - SERVER - EXCHANGE - CITRIX
As a key technical resource in my clients IT department you will be Assisting the team leader in delivering a customer focused, high quality ICT service. This is technical role where you will provide windows based Desktop support to around 500 users. The role consists of Desktop support and maintaining Back End infrastructure (server/exchange), information systems and business reporting
Person Specification
Experience of providing IT Help Desk support - Awareness of call logging and resolution process
An understanding of TCP/IP Networking and how networks connect to client side and server applications
Desktop support - Windows 7/Microsoft Office/Active Directory Admin
A basic understand of Citrix
