Delivery Consultant/Resourcing Specialist, Bristol

Inspire is a fast-growing UK-based IT services company, delivering high quality IT services to FTSE 100 clients. We specialise in providing services in the following practices: End-user computing; Networking; Data Centre; Security. Our services are underpinned by extensive capabilities in IT consultancy and project and programme delivery. Inspire is headquartered in Bristol with offices just off Park Street in the city centre. Due to a significant and increasing pipeline of work we are looking to recruit highly talented, ambitious and motivated individuals to join our in-house resourcing team in Bristol.

The role of Resourcing Specialist is to build strong relationships with and deliver excellent resourcing services to Inspire Account Directors and Service Delivery Executives in line with client agreed service levels.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Build strong relationships with Inspire Account Directors/Service Delivery Executives.

  • Search and selection of candidates utilising CV database, job boards, LinkedIn, networking etc.

  • Screening, qualifying of candidates against jobs, Inspire/clients requirements, utilising on-line Tech Checks, Psychometric Assessments etc.

  • Assist in developing new sourcing strategies and deploying effective recruitment delivery and attraction strategies.

  • Understand and adhere to compliance/changes in legislation affecting areas of work, eg - AWR, PES etc.

QUALIFICATONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE

  • Proven experience in a direct sales role

  • Ideally a demonstrable background in IT recruitment, covering both technical and project delivery roles.

  • Experience of delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client SLA's.

  • An understanding of recruitment best practice tools and methodologies (eg job profiling, sourcing, selection and assessment).

  • Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases - Bullhorn useful.

  • Keep abreast of market intelligence and industry trends (eg new technology, recruitment metrics, and legislative changes).

  • Experience of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs.

  • IT literate, strong Office skills - Word, Excel

  • Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills.

  • Confident, 'can do' attitude, enthusiastic manner.

  • Strong team spirit.
