Job Title: Sage Support Technician

Location: Hull, Yorkshire

Salary: £18000 - £28000 pa

Our client is a Sage Business Partner, Software and IT Provider within the Yorkshire area.

Key Responsibilities:

Working within a small Support team will require the successful candidate to have involvement with Customer Support Queries covering the Sage software Range, including but not limited to:

  • Sage 50 Accounts
  • Payroll
  • ACT
  • CRM
  • Job Costing
  • Forecasting
  • Sage 200

The Candidate:

  • You should have an interest in Software, Accountancy, IT or wish to work in an office based environment.
  • You will need the ability to be able to communicate with your team members and clients in a polite and constructive manner.
  • The company require an individual who is able to work both within a team and individually.
  • It is essential the applicant shows proficiency for problem solving, has a good telephone manner and is able to provide a professional service over the phone and via email.
  • As a Sage Support Technician you will be hard working and have a desire to help the company’s clients.

The successful applicant will show:

  • Problem solving skills
  • Basic Office Skills
  • Be competent with Microsoft Office and IT
  • Have Patience and understanding and are able to empathise with client and their concerns
  • Willing to learn with a can do attitude
  • Professional manner within the workplace environment

Knowledge of Sage Software or finance/book-keeping is preferred but not required, as full training will be provided.
