Operations Client Relationship Manager, AVP, 65k

My client, a market leading investment bank, is looking for a French speaking Operations Client Relationship Manager, to deliver the breadth of the operations organisation to their clients, in a professional, holistic manner. This is a rapidly expanding team and ranked as top tier amongst their clients. In addition, this is a great opportunity to have a significant amount of strategic input into their respective processes.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities;

• Executing on strategy/refining strategy for account management and on-boarding
• Proactive Client Relationship Management cross product for global markets
• Building strong internal relationships across the breadth of the organization for client advocacy
• Providing a holistic operational performance monitoring for clients,
• Communicating and maintaining strategic dialogue with clients
• Delivering and monitoring KPIs set for accounts
• Influencing stakeholders within the organisation for client advocacy and client facing, strategic design opportunities
• Continuing the growth in strength of client relationships and measuring the key performance indicators for the client output while still supporting operations partners in their efficiency and risk mitigating roles.

The successful candidate will have the following experience;

• Provides customer/client relationship management
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver positive and difficult messages effectively
• Strong ability to network and operate at C Suite level
• Strong ability to demonstrate commercial thinking in respect to client, and articulate that into measurable outcomes
• Good industry and market knowledge to enable strategic dialogue with clients
• While operating strategically, ability to connect with the bau teams and be able to cross between strategic dialogue and the details of client-related specifics. The ability to think with a wide lens, while still being able to work with detail is vital.

Essential skills for this role;

• Fluent business French speaker essential, if German as well would be advantageous
• Existing institutional/PB client relationships with Top Tier global markets accounts (same for all houses)
• Strong Operational background: deep understanding of an Operational organisation and how Operations functions
• Project management skills
• Ability to react with agility to changing priorities and innovative ideas
• Comprehensive understanding of operational flows and best practices for both Securities and OTC products
• Understanding of global market products
• Proactive ability to drive results for client and internal business lines
