Position Trade Driving Selections Analyst

Location Edinburgh

12 month Fixed Term Contract

Salary £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience

Our client is a large and successful financial services company looking for a trade driving selections analyst to work within an already established team. The reason for the role to work within a team and manage full campaign data cycles through providing targeting and selections with specific focus on customer and product acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Design optimise and deploy all 121 acquisition and x-sale campaigns through direct mail, email, coupons at point of sale to drive increased business performance
• Identifying new contact opportunities
• Maximise the contact strategy within the group
• Identify enhancements and efficiency improvements
• Sourcing new sources for data and to increase profitability
• Assist campaign delivery manager in strong relationships to deliver and deepen customer loyalty
• Role model and advocate data and insight across the business
• Provide complex analytical / research advice and recommendations to the business

Skills and Experience:-

• Highly numerate and excellent with analytical and problem solving skills
• Attention detail
• Experience and knowledge on campaign management
• Technical skills and experience with SQL and or SAS with campaign management software
• Advance Excel user
• Well organised and able to prioritise
• Demonstrate an ability to think and reason logically
• Strong relationship management
• Excellent written communication
• Excellent team player
