Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Full-time

: Job Details Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Full Time Permanent This is a good moment to join us. The borough has an exciting regeneration agenda and a growing population that has resulted in a major school expansion programme. There's also a fresh focus on development of both the borough's corporate buildings and its commercial portfolio. It all means you can expect plenty of variety in this important role. You'll undertake a range of small and medium maintenance or improvement projects, including providing mechanical input to building projects led by a Building Surveyor. Other key tasks will include supporting the delivery of responsive maintenance works and the provision of service contracts for council premises. To succeed, you'll need:

• At least an HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Extensive experience of providing Mechanical Engineering services for a variety of works
• Impressive track record in provision of mechanical services maintenance regimes
• Excellent engineering skills
• Sound knowledge of building services engineering and current building legislation
