We are seeking self-motivated and enthusiastic people to join our team. If you have an interest in geography, cartography, imagery, or geographic information systems then the Defence Geographic Centre (DGC) is able to provide you with a challenging and rewarding career.
Providing maps and geographic information to our armed forces is no easy task; they can deploy anywhere in the world with only a few hours notice. The DGC collects, assesses, processes and distributes geospatial information and intelligence to UK Defence for policy making, planning, training and operations. Successful applicants will join the Geospatial Analyst professional group and will be provided with extensive opportunities to develop core skills and functional subject matter expertise.
You must be a UK National. Applicants must pass an online Assessment Exercise as part of the recruitment process.

Start of employment dates are negotiable but due to the nature of the required pre-employment checks successful candidates are unlikely to take up post prior to Feb 2016.
The majority of posts offered are based at Feltham, Middlesex. However, a small number will be located at RAF Wyton near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
