Sales Executive – with a unique opportunity!

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a company that was established in Finland and is now looking to move into the UK market. Our client has a requirement for a Sales Executive (possibility to be Country Manager later).

This is an exciting and diverse Sales Executive role, as their clients are new to the UK market so you will be the first member of their sales team. They offer a mobile Time Tracker system that allows the submission of hours and organisation of work time data, this great technology is especially aimed at the construction sector, therefore some knowledge of this industry would be an advantage. They have over 25,000 end users.

They are looking for someone who has a direct sales background and is target orientated with a proven track record of achievement. For the right candidate there is the opportunity to eventually head up a sales team in the UK as the business grows.

Ideally you will live within 20 miles of Newbury which is where the UK office is based but there will be some working from home. Full training will be given in the product’s applications.

Sales Executive - Knowledge and Attributes:

• Knowledge of the construction industry is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Has a strong work ethic and ability to network.
• Self motivated and also able to work independent.
• Able to use own initiative and dare to challenge customers.
• Be a car owner with a full clean driving licence.

Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads.
• Following up on all leads in a timely manner.
• Liaise with clients to fully understand their requirements.
• Develop long term client relationships and add value.
• Attend networking events.
