- Salary range: Band MCHW 1-4 £19,869 - £21,719
- Plus service uplift of £1,500

Hours: 37 per week. Part time considered. Please Note: - This is a 24 hour service therefore staff will work on a rota to cover days, evenings, nights and weekends - there will be approximately 4 night shifts a month.
We are looking for excellent mental health support staff to join our new crisis team in Bristol
The Crisis Service, like all Recovery Bristol Partnerships is now being run by voluntary sector organisations working in partnership with the NHS, working under the banner of Bristol Mental Health.
As a Mental Health Crisis Worker, you will help people experiencing an acute mental health crisis: supporting them through the immediate crisis and helping them to build resilience and connect them into their community over time. You will also champion our recovery and psychologically informed approach as the best way to support people to move forward in their lives, wherever they are.
We are looking for individuals who want to build a career in Mental Health and to provide support with this, we now are offering the level 3 QCF in Health and Social Care.
