As a KS2 Teaching Assistant you will be assisting teachers in and out of class across the entire KS2 phase ensuring pupils are prepared for their upcoming SATs examinations, you will be developing your skills and techniques to prove your suitability for the School Direct placement. You will have the responsibility of working closely with the teaching staff, helping to plan and prepare top quality lessons and lead one to one sessions with students that may need more assistance or group sessions allowing you to test your diferentiation skills.

This is a long running scheme that the school offers and has proven to be incredibly popular over its exsistence, a number of the highest performing teachers at the school have started off through this program and are currently progressing towards subject leadership opportunities.
