School Project Managers are the heart of Place2Be’s mission: helping thousands of children break through the emotional barriers to learning by providing high-quality counselling and support.
We’re looking for an experienced, confident communicator to manage our Place2Be service at Moorland Primary School – supervising Place2Be Volunteer Counsellors, and building great relationships with children, families and teachers. You will provide clinical supervision for volunteer counsellors, so it is essential that you have a recognised counselling or therapy qualification with substantial post-qualifying experience. You will also need good knowledge of the school environment. Most important of all to us is your approach: Place2Be is an exciting, dynamic organisation doing amazing work, so we’re looking for people with the enthusiasm and commitment to match our own.

Place2Be Volunteer opportunities in Cardiff and Bath
If you are a qualified or trainee counsellor, clinical or educational psychologist and would like to work therapeutically with children, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a primary or secondary school setting, with on-site supervision. Placements are generally half or one day per week, for one academic year, term time only.
