Our client, a well respected, international financial services provider, is seeking a Compliance and Risk Monitoring Officer join their established team in Preston. This is a technical specialist role reporting to the Compliance Monitoring Manager.
The role will be responsible for conducting second line of defence risk based monitoring activity across all areas of the business in line with FCA related processes, procedures and controls.
Responsibilities include conducting internal process and procedure audits,delivering second line defence risk based monitoring, overseeing supplier audits and conducting structured compliance monitoring of specified review areas.
You will be an excellent communicator, analytical, pro-active and ambitious, with experience in working in a similar role developing risk based compliance monitoring. You will also have excellent knowledge of FCA related processes, procedures and controls.
