Salary: 22,100pa – 32,000pa (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

The company is a national private musculoskeletal physiotherapy practice employing over 250+ physiotherapists of varying levels of experience across the country.
Due to further expansion, particularly within the occupational health and medico-legal referral streams, we are looking for physiotherapists with varying levels of experience (HCPC and CSP registered), including those from band 5 to ESP level.
The company is able to provide each clinician with a varied caseload of musculoskeletal patients from medico-legal, occupational health, and private sport referral streams. We expect any successful applicant to manage a full caseload from Monday-Friday, which may include some evening working.
The training and development of our clinical staff is paramount to achieving our goal which is "To provide world class cognitive and manual therapy to every patient that we see". For those with less experience, you will embark on our 4 year MSK Development Programme, which includes:
• A minimum of 60 minute 1:1 training every week with a designated clinical trainer
• Bi-monthly 2 hour regional seminar
• Observation by a Senior clinician on a monthly basis
• The opportunity to shadow a Senior clinician on a monthly basis
• An invitation to attend an osteopathic training course
• An invitation to attend a cadaver anatomy day
• An invitation to attend an acupuncture training course
• An invitation to attend an Society of Orthopaedic Medicine course
• An invitation to attend an Injection therapy course
In addition to this, therapists are systematically reviewed through clinical audits and senior clinician reviews to ensure that they never work out of their scope of practice, and as a result ensures the safety of the patient and physiotherapist at all times. This on-going training and development program not only meets, but exceeds the recommendations for CPD set out by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Health and care Professions Council (HCPC).
