Sales Co-ordinator- Perimeter Systems- Bedwas

Our client is a family owned business, founded in 1740.They manufacture and supply Safety Machinery Guarding for a wide range of business type and place great emphasis on both high product quality and outstanding customer service. They are now looking for a Sales Co-oordinator to join their team.

The main responsibilities for this role will include taking enquires from inbound sales calls and ensuring you have all the necessary details required. You will produce both Satech and Bosch drawings based on the standard Perimeter guarding projects and create detailed quotes for both these modular systems- these quotes should then be followed up on a weekly basis which will therefore manage expectations on the likelihood of an order. As Sales coordinator you will liaise with the Guarding Production Team to schedule projects into the works and therefore be able to provide customers with realistic lead times.

Within your team you will be responsible for setting up accounts and taking payments keeping the customers up to date if their Account status. You will issue jobs to the shop floor and follow this up with relevant paperwork to the Production Manager, you are also responsible for the stock control and should take regular stock takes to maintain levels. As Sales coordinator you will be required to provide a quarterly forecast for ‘Perimeter Guarding’ based on outstanding quotes, this should also include a completed monthly Sales report.
