The Role

Recruitment is a sales position. On a daily basis you will spend time on the phone, developing new business relationships with new companies. You will speak to Directors and senior management and will win new vacancies from these companies. You will manage the recruitment process on behalf of your clients, sourcing the best talent on the market through a mixture of head-hunting and networking. Once you have placed candidates into their new positions you will develop ongoing business relationships so that you can grow your business and earning potential.
