They are now seeking Property Sales Consultants / Estate Agents / Sales & Lettings Negotiators to relocate to Dubai to join their expanding sales team.

Title: Property Sales Consultant / Estate Agent / Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Earnings: £50,000 - £100,000 average earnings, no commission threshold. This role is commission only with uncapped earning potential.

As a Property Sales Consultant / Estate Agent / Sales & Lettings Negotiator you will typically be responsible for:
- Generating new leads and business for the company
- Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller
- Conducting market appraisals
- Photographing apartments and villas

The ideal Property Sales Consultant / Estate Agent / Sales & Lettings Negotiator will possess the following:
- Experience either within property / estate agency OR a strong sales background
- A full driving licence
- A minimum of GCSE level education
- The financial freedom to relocate, due to the role being commission only, all candidates should have a minimum of GBP 5,000 to be able to support themselves whilst building their pipeline.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Drive and determination
- A money motivated working attitude
