We are currently recruiting a full-time Payroll & Benefits Administrator to support the Compensation & Benefits Team. The role will require a candidate with a numerical background, experience in Excel (vlookups and pivot tables), good attention to detail and admin experience.

Payroll & Benefits Administrator Duties:

> To undertake the collation and processing of payroll related changes ensuring payroll deadlines are met, liaising with the payroll Team when necessary.
> To make sure that the company is following compensation & benefits processes and procedures to meet SOXA requirements/regulations.
> Dealing with enquires, issues and queries relating to the Compensation & Benefits team, offering help, advice and guidance to colleagues.
> Producing regular and ad hoc reports in Excel and also from HRMS and eMIP to a high standard and in a timely fashion – setting own objectives and managing own deadlines.
> To Collaborate with team to deliver ad-hoc tasks and objectives.
> To maintain a high level maintenance of the Compensation & Benefits database systems – HRMS (HR Database), Incentive planning system (eMIP) and other spreadsheets and databases.

Payroll & Benefits Administrator Selection Criteria:

> Experience of dealing with and maintaining large quantities of data.
> Understanding of working within a confidential environment/awareness of the importance of confidentiality
> Experience of dealing with high volumes of administration
> Good and confident numeracy skills & communication skills, both written and verbal
> Experience of producing and maintaining advanced Excel spreadsheets
> A high standard of computer literacy in Microsoft Access, experienced in creating and running reports
> A high standard of computer literacy: in Word and Outlook
> Understanding the importance of complying with an internal audit control to ensure legal requirements are met e.g. SOXA
> A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
> Experience of working to tight deadlines with limited supervision
> Highly competent in the use of excel spreadsheets, including maintaining, creating and formatting worksheets, with experience of writing formulas, pivot tables and Vlookups. (Desirable)
> Good understanding of the importance of complying with internal audit requirements e.g. SOXA (Desirable)
> GCSE in Maths and English Language at grade C or above (or equivalent qualification)
