Our Client is looking to recruit a driven, enthusiastic, self-motivated Food & Beverage Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager, and is responsible for the smooth running of the operations in the Food and Beverage department.
Duties will include the overall day-to-day managing of the guest, providing a warm, professional efficient service, handling queries/complaints, & all incidents such as accidents/emergencies. Maximising profits and achieving financial targets set by the Hotel Directors, in both the kitchens and front of house areas, including wage, food, purchasing and wastage costs. You will be responsible for the recruitment of employees, rotas, discipline, personal presentation, regular meetings, training & development including Inductions, Health & Safety, Fire, Customer Service, and cleaning & hygiene procedures.
It is essential you are well organised, able to introduce new product lines to the Directors for consideration, deputise as Duty Manager, maintain a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and demonstrate a high level of motivation at all times. Ensure you are familiar with The Data Protection Act 1988 and conduct your duties under the guidelines of the Act.
