Red Star Financial Management is the place for you! We are vastly expanding our sales department, and there are a number of positions available as we run lots of different campaigns, such as PPI, Debt Management, Home/Life Insurance, Pensions and Packaged Bank Accounts. Oh and we finish at 5pm on Fridays!

The Roles:

• Generate new business for the company  
• Cross sell other financial products that the company offers
• Overcome objections
• Qualify if the customer has a potential PPI/Home Insurance/Debt Management Claim
• Sell the benefit of using the companies services

The Sales Advisor Candidate:

To be successful within this role you will need the following skills, behaviours, experience and competencies:

• Determination
• Target Orientated
• Previous outbound sales experience
• Self Motivated
• Sticking with the company to see where the role will take you
• Additional in-house training will be provided
• A sense of humour and a happy working attitude

The Package: Excellent opportunities to earn up to £25K OTE

• Basic salary up to £16,000
