Big Life Enterprises is recruiting Employment support Officers for Working Well, a programme which helps clients leaving the Work Programme to gain sustained employment. Clients referred to this programme will have a physical or mental health need alongside other barriers to employment.
Employment key-workers will work intensively with a small caseload and will rapidly achieve job outcomes for individuals who have already achieved management of their health condition and other barriers to work. This is a new position supporting an existing team of key-workers and you will manage your caseload; and be given the freedom to devise the personalised support that your clients need.
