Teaching Assistant 1-1 Pupil Support, Flintshire School
Excell Supply is Wales’ leading Education Specialist based in Mold, Flintshire. We are currently recruiting on behalf of a church school who we work very closely with in Flintshire. This role requires an immediate start carrying on until the end of the school year (July 2015). The successful candidate will be working 10 hours a week. (MONDAY-FRIDAY 1-3)
The school are seeking an SEN experienced teaching assistant to support a Year 4 pupil with speech and language problems in need of learning support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a constructive working environment for pupils and be passionate about working with children.
As members of the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) and Umbrella body to the DBS, (Disclosure & Barring Service) Excell Supply is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children. All applicants will be subject to through employment checks and must have an Enhanced DBS certificate in place.
The ideal candidate will have;
- A relevant Childcare/Learning Support Qualification or extensive experience within the classroom
- Relevant SEN experience
- Experience working with the junior age group
- The ability to communicate, work flexibly and be reliable
