Property Manager
Wirral
Leverhulme Estates owns four Estates centring on the Wirral.
The Estates comprise agricultural, residential, retail, commercial and
leisure premises and provides an opportunity for a competent Property
Manager to work with a wide range of vernacular buildings, in an area of
outstanding beauty.
The applicant will be required to have at least four years experience in
carrying out measured surveys; producing plans and elevations using
CAD; must be proficient in producing specifications for projects using
either planning schedules and/or an NBS programme. The Property
Manager will also be required to liaise with clients, contractors, tenants
and assist with the day-to-day maintenance and improvements of the
Estate’s properties.
The post offers an opportunity to work with a small management team
and within a larger multi-disciplined practice.
Salary in the region of £30,000 per annum depending on experience, with
assisted travel costs and relocation expenses.
