Our client is looking to take on an Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding company. The primary role of the Account Manager is to liaise between our client and the restaurant partners.

Your role will include:

  • Managing the relationship between our client and restaurants
  • Advising customers around appropriate restaurant selection
  • Liaising with operations, customer service and restaurants to ensure orders run smoothly
  • Performing analytics on  orders
  • Figuring out ways to increase revenues from existing accounts
  • Marketing to this target group, including event organization & flyering etc.
  • Assisting with general marketing activities

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate is friendly, loves restaurants and is highly methodical with a strong sense of customer service.

  • Account management experience
  • Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry
  • Experience dealing with restaurant managers and owners
  • Degree or equivalent academic qualifications
  • Excellent attention to detail
